Director's Bio
Billie Mintz is an award-winning filmmaker and investigative journalist with a distinguished career producing and directing documentaries. He currently has two series on Peacock: Making Manson and Selena & Yolanda: The Secrets Between Them. After two seasons as a featured host on National Geographic's "Explorer," he completed the documentary feature film Portrayal for CBC’s Documentary Channel, which premiered at the 2021 Miami Jewish Film Festival. His other notable films include The Ponzi Scheme and Jesus Town USA, which aired on Showtime, CBC, and Netflix.
