When producer Rob Mor received an email about a solidarity trip to Israel, he packed his camera and set off, unsure of what he’d find. As a widower and single father still mourning the loss of his wife to cancer, Mor felt called to share his reflections on grief and healing with others affected by the tragedy of October 7. Echoes of Loss: Eight Days in Israel intimately follows Mor’s journey as he meets families devastated by the Hamas attack, from widows and widowers to grieving parents and siblings, offering a moving portrait of a nation united in sorrow and resilience.
